Hi Jayar,

I'm very glad you shared your weight loss secrets with your radio friends (yes, I'm among the 12, ha!) I've been thinking about joining WW but really couldn't afford to do it. Now I can try your tips - hope it works for me.

I see you've lived in a lot of places but glad you landed in Florida.

May God continue to bless you and your family!

Best regards,
Vickie Mauro
